Ingredients
About 1.75 pounds (800 grams) of broccoli
1 onion
12-15 mushrooms
Oil
2 cups of cottage cheese
0.2 pounds (100 grams) of grated hard cheese (such as Gouda or cheddar)
4 eggs
3 spoons of rising flour
Salt and pepper
Preparation
It’s almost amusing how easy it is to prepare this amazing pie:
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees (180 Celsius)
- Cut the broccoli to small-medium sized pieces. Chop the onion and mushrooms.
- Fry the onion, after it turns slightly golden add the mushrooms. Fry for about 2 minutes.
- Put all the ingredients in a big bowl. Mix it well.
- Grease a shallow baking dish with some oil or butter. Pour the mixture into the dish. Spread it as even as possible.
- Bake for about 50 minutes, or until the pie turn golden. Serve warm or cold, preferably with a salad on the side.
